Delivery Options

At Fruit Trees Only, we are committed to delivering exceptional service from the moment you select your tree to the moment it’s thriving in your landscape. We offer flexible and reliable delivery options, available seven days a week to accommodate your schedule — because we know your time matters. Whether you place an order by phone or handpick your trees in person at our garden center, you can choose from same-day, next-day, or two-day delivery, all offered for a modest fee.

We believe that knowing what to expect is just as important as the product itself. Whether you're receiving potted fruit trees, flowering plants, or gardening materials, our team ensures every delivery is on time, professional, and carefully handled.

We provide the following delivery services based on availability:

Same-Day Delivery – When scheduled early and stock is available, we can offer same-day delivery.
Two-Day Delivery – Typically available for most local orders.
Scheduled Delivery – Customers may schedule deliveries in advance to meet project timelines or availability.

Delivery appointments are generally available seven days a week. We will schedule the delivery upon order confirmation.

All deliveries are made to the customer’s driveway or an accessible location near the front of the property that is deemed safe by our delivery team. This includes the customer's front driveway, parking pad, or a clearly accessible curbside area.


Terms of Service for Plant Delivery Services


Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all plant delivery services (“Services”) provided by Fruit Trees Only (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) to the customer (“Client” or “Homeowner”) and are in addition to our general website and sales terms. By scheduling or accepting plant delivery services, the Client agrees to the following:

1. Client Responsibilities - The Client agrees to:
  • Be present during the delivery window if special instructions are required.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date property access information.
  • Ensure the driveway or designated delivery area is accessible and free of obstructions.
  • Provide a safe and accessible delivery area.
  • Notify us of any gates, animals, or obstacles that could prevent safe delivery.
  • Failure to do so may result in rescheduling and/or additional fees.


  • 2. Liability Waiver
    While we take every precaution to ensure safe and damage-free delivery:
  • The Company is not liable for any property damages.
  • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing soil, irrigation, or structural issues on the property.
  • The Client assumes full responsibility for verifying local regulations, HOA rules, and easements.

    3. Guarantees
  • No guarantee is expressed or implied for plant health beyond the date of delivery unless a separate written warranty is provided.
  • Post-delivery care of the newly delivered plants is the responsibility of the homeowner.
  • All ownership of the purchased plant, including but not limited to the care of the plant, is transferred to the owner upon delivery.

    4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

    5. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be made available on our website or upon request.
