Terms & Conditions
• Offer applies only to plants physically in stock and available for immediate purchase during the promotional period.
• Citrus trees are excluded from this promotion.
• Special orders, custom orders, future inventory, deposits, and backorders are not eligible for this promotion.
• Soil, mulch, fertilizer, nursery pots, gift cards, and all non-plant merchandise are excluded from this promotion.
• Delivery, installation, labor, and any other service charges are excluded from this promotion and will apply at regular price upon request.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• All qualifying deliveries must be accepted on or before September 7, 2026.
• Customers are responsible for scheduling delivery before September 7, 2026.
• Storage of purchased plants is not available. Customer must take inventory at time of purchase unless delivery has been scheduled.
• Purchases not scheduled for delivery by September 7, 2026, will be assessed a 10% storage and handling charge.
• If a customer postpones, reschedules, or refuses a scheduled delivery, an additional 10% rescheduling and handling charge will be added before delivery can be completed and must be paid prior to release of the plants.
• Delivery dates are subject to weather, equipment availability, and other circumstances beyond the nursery's control. The nursery will make reasonable efforts to complete scheduled deliveries before September 7, 2026.
• Plants must retain their original nursery identification tag until purchased. Altered, removed, or substituted tags will void eligibility of altered/non-tagged plants for this promotion.
• Quantities are limited to available inventory while supplies last.
• No rain checks will be issued.
• Offer is valid for retail customers, landscapers, and contractors.
• Purchases may not be divided into multiple transactions to obtain additional promotional discounts.
• Offer may not be combined with any other coupon, promotion, negotiated pricing, discount, rebate, or special offer.
• Promotional pricing applies only to purchases made between August 10, 2026, and September 7, 2026. No price adjustments will be made for purchases made before or after the promotional period.
• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits will be provided under any circumstances.
• Promotion has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Prices do not include applicable sales tax, delivery, installation, labor, or other service charges.

• The nursery reserves the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel this promotion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms.
• Management reserves the sole and exclusive right to interpret, administer, and enforce these Terms & Conditions. All management decisions regarding eligibility and application of this promotion are final.
