Fruit Trees Only Return Policy

Fruit Trees Only does not accept any returns once the plant has left the nursery.
Fruit Trees Only does offer warranties on certain plants as detailed below.



Citrus Trees from Fruit Trees Only

Due to state regulations and the serious risk posed by citrus diseases including Citrus Greening Disease (HLB), we are unable to accept returns or offer any warranty or exchanges on citrus trees after they have left our nursery. We apologize for any inconvenience.



Standard Warranty from Fruit Trees Only

Fruit Trees Only warranties to the original purchaser the survival of fruit trees, ornamentals and flowering plants for a full thirty (30) days from the date of purchase at 100% of the purchase price of that plant. We recommend our customers refer to the tree care page on our website in the event of any arising issues with newly purchased fruit trees, ornamentals, or flowering plants. Care and maintenance of live plant items is transferred to you as the responsible party at the time of purchase.


  • Our warranty is limited to a one time, single replacement of the plant in the same variety.
  • We do offer not a refund in the amount of the purchase price.
  • Customer must present deceased plant, in person, along with original receipt from purchase.

The Fruit Trees Only Warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Damage due to abnormal weather, insects, disease, negligence or abuse
  • Branch dieback or breakage on your property
  • Failure to blossom
  • Winter damage or other acts of nature.
  • Plants which die during summer due to lack of water caused by water bans or other watering practices.
  • We do not warranty plant material which is transplanted.
  • This warranty is void without a receipt or without any record in our database.
  • The cost of labor and delivery are not covered under this warranty.
  • Citrus trees, including Grapefruits, Kumquats, Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Tangerines, and Tangelos are not covered under this warranty.
