Exchange Policy

Fruit Trees - Excluding Citrus - Exchange Policy

We believe in your satisfaction with your newly purchased tree.
Any non citrus fruit trees can be exchanged for up to 7 days.

  • Plant must be in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Plant must not have been removed from original container
  • Owner must provide receipt at time of exchange or the exchange will not be honored.



Flowering and Ornamental Plants

We believe in your satisfaction with your newly purchased flowering or ornamental plants.
Flowering plants and ornamental plants can be exchanged for up to 7 days.

  • This policy does not apply to flowering citrus trees or flowering fruiting trees.
  • Plant must be in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Plant must not have been removed from original container
  • Owner must provide receipt at time of exchange or the exchange will not be honored.

    Fruit Trees Only does not accept any returns once the plant has left the nursery.
    Fruit Trees Only does offer warranties on certain plants as detailed in our warranties section.

    Warranties

    Fruit Trees Only offers a 1 year extended warranty for your fruit trees.

    We want your growing experience to be fruitful and offer the extended warranty to ensure that we've got your back along the journey.


    The Fruit Trees Only Extended Warranty

    Fruit Trees Only warranties to the original purchaser the survival of fruit trees for a full 1 year from the date of purchase at 100% of the purchase price of that plant. Our extended warranty is limited to one (1) replacement of the exact plant but not a refund in the amount of the purchase price.

    Extended warranty terms and conditions:
    • Extended warranty must be purchased along with the plant at the time of plant purchase.
    • Customer must present deceased plant, in person, along with original receipt.
    • Original receipt must show purchase of extended warranty on the deceased plant.
    • The cost of labor and delivery are not covered under this warranty.
    • The deceased plant must be returned in person.
    • Upon exchange, customers are able to purchase an extended warranty on the replacement plant.
    • Plant must be of the same breed and size of original purchase.

    An example for our customers:
    Jane purchased on April 4, 2025 a single 15 gallon Mango Tree which died over the winter.
    In March of 2026, Jane is able to bring in the deceased plant and her proof of purchase or receipt and Jane will receive a new 15 gallon mango tree of her choice.
